Job Duties: -To fulfill the operation work according to Factoring Procedure Manual and ensure the quality of customer services -To react quickly to Client‘s requirements and report to supervisor with suggestions -To work with team members and maintain an efficient teamwork -To back up colleagues for transactions when he/she is absent -To keep all work in compliance with bank policy and requirements from external regulators Job Requirements: -Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma -Good command of oral and written English -At least 2 years banking experience preferably in international trade services operations, or remittance operations -Trade knowledge especially on open accounts receivable is preferable -Good understanding of trade related regulations -Good communication skills and nice personality -Skills in computer software especially MS Office "How to apply: Please visit http://www.hsbc.com.cn/careers and apply online." |
