Goals/Mission: - Providing tax technical and transactional advice and related support to business units and operating companies. - Act as coordinator and advisor for Siemens Global Headquarter related tax issues; Provide tax trainings and tax information update in China. Working Partners / Contacts: - Internally the staff would contact business units and CF Taxes; Externally the staff would be the interface to communicate with tax bureaus. Tasks: - Provide full scope of PRC taxes advises, based on a broad knowledge base and experiences; - Report tax opportunities and risks, manage tax audits; - Liaise with external tax consultants, tax authorities and other government authorities. Knowledge/Languages: - University degree - Fluent in written and oral English - Advanced presentation skills - Advanced MS-Office application - Mandatory knowledge about Siemens - Accounting regulations and guidelines - Mandatory PRC GAAP - Job Language:EN Experience: - With University degree and major in economics, finance and business administration. CTA or CPA would be preferred. - With working experiences in Big 4 or other multi-national companies for more than 5 years. - With leadership capabilities or potentials. - Capability of working in different company cultures. |
