| PE associate职位说明及要求 | |
| Position ： PE associate Location: Beijing Our client: Established in 1990’s， the investment bank is a strategic partnership among prestigious Chinese and international financial institutions and has a registered capital of US more than 125 million. Responsibilities include: · Preparing detailed financial modeling; · Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis; · Developing and maintaining business and industry due diligence; · Participating in deal structuring， legal documentation， negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring. Qualification & Experiences: · Up to 3 years experience gained with either another PE fund; Leading investment bank (leveraged finance); or a leading consulting firm. · Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills. · Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis， business valuation， accounting and finance. · Soft skills: - Candidates are expected to be self-starters and possess a strong work ethic， professional maturity and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented structure. - Candidates must also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment. |
