软件测试组长职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:

1.Leading a test team of 3 to work on internal test and integration test on a SAP system

2. Test planning， test case design， test execution and test report

3. Communicating with other subsystem teams for business process and technical understanding

4.Training test team to catch up related technologies and business process

5.Documentation

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years IT industrial experience

2.SAP Key User experience or SAP implementation experience

3.Understanding with XML， IDoc

4.Very good communication skill

5.Very good documentation skill， good hands on skills with Word， PowerPoint， Visio

6.Good hands on skills with QualityCenter， VSS， LoadRunner

7.Very good understanding with ERP， retail business process

8.Good English communication skill

9.At least bachelor degree in IT related major
