| 车床服务工程师职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: In this position, you will report directly to the Service Manager Asia. You will be responsible for the service of the Chinese and Taiwanese market with a main focus on the mainland. Your tasks include: Your responsibilities: - Machine installation and customer training - Servicing of machines supplied by DMG to customers in China/Asia - Distinguished customer assistance in case of technical problems as well as setting up of spare parts and other parts - Maintenance of showroom machines - Assistance with product presentations during exhibitions and open houses Your qualifications: Mechanical: Thorough knowledge of -Building of CNC machine tool -Hydraulics -Proficiency in using computers -Basic CNC programming on major control systems -Good knowledge on feed back systems like encoder, linear scales etc -Good knowledge of reading electrical circuit diagrams -Basic knowledge of electronic aspects of CNC machine Educational qualifications: -Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering -Strong technical background with CNC machine or in a related industry and experiences with using major control -Minimum of 5 years experience in installation, maintenance and after sales servicing -Good communication and presentation skills as well as a pro-active and customer orientated attitude -Willingness to travel across China/ Asia -Good spoken and written English skills |
