ViceGeneralManager-GarmentIndustry职位说明及要求

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 10 years sourcing/merchandising experience in garment industry with at least 3-5 years working at Director/Vice GM/VP level in a well-established retail environment.
3. Strong business sense on overseas and local consumer markets. Familiar with fashion/casual women’s wear product / market trends is a must.
4. Have knowledge and local retail market experience will be a plus.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Outstanding leadership skill.
6. A good strategic planner, innovator and decision maker. Is able to work under pressure.
