| Legal Counsel职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: Drafting， negotiating and review in English and Chinese various agreements and other legal documents (AOAs， Joint Venture agreements， customers contracts etc.) Updating the policies and processes of the Company to ensure they are in line with government regulations and laws Conducting legal research and investigation， communication with related associates & any other parties and preparing internal legal memoranda in Chinese and English languages. Liaising with government and regulatory authorities in relation to on-going compliance work. Liaising with external lawyers and Corporate Legal Department. Participating in monitoring and reporting on new laws and regulations Communicating to related and concerned parties and advising on their potential impact upon business activities. Coordinating other issues regarding area legal matters. Qualification: University degree and major in law of leading university 10 years working experience at least and more than 5 years working experience in reputable legal firm or multinational companies Good knowledge and understanding/sense about business related laws & regulations， China FIE and corporate law as well commercial contracts etc. Passed Chinese Bar Examination and lawyer certification will be needed. Lawsuit area related working experience will be advantage Good communication and facilitation skills Sense of urgency and accountable for his/her responsibilities Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin， fluent in translation and writing is must |
