| Job descriptionParticipate (B7) or lead (B8) in leadership competency model and learning curriculum design- Develop leadership development programs and manage the delivery- Develop training courses and case studies upon customer specific needs， with existing training modules- Identify， prepare instructors and manage overall training quality when guest instructor is needed- Develop new Learning & Development offerings in the area of own expertise， upon market needs Desired experience3-5 year professional leadership development experience- 2-3 year multi-national company working experience， working in HR and OD function- At least one learning curriculum design project experience in leadership development area- Good at facilitation skill- Consulting experience is plus Required skillsprofessional leadership training experience - 4multi-national company working experiencelearning curriculum design project experienceTraining management experienceConsulting experiencefacilitation skillsteaching skillsTeamworkEnglish: Fluent Degree Other Years of experience in job function No requirement |
