| Responsibilities l Provides framework and guidelines for human capital planning, performance management, talent development, management and technical training, compensation and benefits planning, employee relations and industrial relations. l Initiates actions in relation to the integration of Human Resources Management in the accomplishment of the Corporation’s business strategies through interfaces with members of the Executive Committee. l Assists the different departments in setting up their organization structures of business objective. l Works in close partnership with the Integration Director in the accomplishment of objectives related to the Integration process. l Acts an adviser in culture related issues and concerns as well as in change management processes. l Designs & implements a Performance Management System. l Responsible for technical as well as management training & development efforts. l Assesses executive & high potential employees and provides feedback to help management build appropriate career plans. l Stimulates change that continuously improves the effectiveness of the company’s human resources. Techinal requirements: ( Core) Techinal requirements: ( Core) l Knowledge of organization development l Basic knowledge of associated disciplines in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing l Recruiting, selection & interviewing skills l Win/win negotiation, with strong persuasive abilities l Strong interpersonal skills l Excellent oral and written communication skills l Good listening and understanding ability l Creative problem solving & decision making ability l Self starter l Good presentation skills l Computer literate Special: ·1 Perspective of a general business person assigned to human resources ·2 Knowledge of all aspect of human resources, including individual and group dynamics and of organization behavior. ·3 Strategic skills in human planning & organization development ·4 Sensitivity to the human resources issues of an international company ·5 Knowledge of local employment and labor laws ·6 Consultant and facilitator for organizational and cultural change ·7 Possess personal abilities to: o See the big picture o Focus on strategic issues & plans o Influence the organization to act o Take initiative & risks o Be effective with all levels of management Skills & Competence: (Experience) ·1 Bachelor degree in related field. Graduate in Business, Human Resources Management or related field preferred. ·2 At least 10 to 15 years increasing responsibilities in industrial organization. Five years of those experiences must be at the management level with at least two years in Human Resources Management. ·3 Experience should include a majority of the following: o1 Wage and salary administration o2 Career planning o3 Succession planning o4 Training & development o5 Organization development o6 Employee benefits o7 Policy development and implementation o8 Employment & labor laws o9 Cultural change & strategic planning o10 Mergers & acquisitions |
