| BusinessAnalyst(业务分析师)(BPS/BA/51JOB)职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: Develop and run queries and reports. Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly Management and Performance reports Analyze business data to interpret business conditions and trends and provide recommendation deem appropriate Coordinate with all offices and perform data consolidation for various management reports Establish/ fine tune statistical reports which help research and analysis. Support and prepare business report and analysis as requested by Management. Data modeling, normalization and mapping Collect and document user requirements and processes Support change management for system / application deployment Maintain non-merchandising (HO) applications e.g. for HR, QA, ES, Finance, etc. by using MS Access, asp or other tools Assist on BPA project for HR/People, Finance process re-engineering and automation Assume additional responsibilities and support Ad-hoc projects as designated. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in discipline of project management, O&M or relevant experience and technical training 4-5 years plus relevant working experience Excellent programming skills on ASP, MS Access, Java, VBA, SQL, Excel Experience of data warehouse will be an advantage Understand and able to apply latest technology and process study trends and methodologies Structured, methodical and detail minded Good project management skills Strong people management and communication skills to ensure effective support of initiatives. |
