Responsibilities: -To control production operator to comply with the company rules. -To control production operator perform with work instruction. -To support and give advice about working to operator. -To report the status of working, occurred problem to Supervisor/ Section Chief. -To have a good moral and nice work environment. Qualification: -High school, polytechnic school or higher. -Basic knowledge in English & communication. -Guidance to operator for meeting responsibilities. -Good computer skill. -Active, good passion to learn new knowledge. -Excellent communication skills, tact and professionalism for frequent exchanges of information with internal and external contacts. （带班组长，要求高中以上学历，有电子技术类生产企业相关工作经验，可以指导操作工进行工作，熟悉电脑操作，学习能力良好。） |
