| IC Design Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: •Manage & Design analog and mixed-signal ICs utilizing BiCMOS process. •Plan and direct the work of a group of Design Engineers. •Work on product definition， circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level， simulation， layout supervision. Qualifications: •BSEE / MSEE with 5 + years analog circuit design and 2+ years project leader experience. •Demonstrate ability to successfully bring products to market. •Hands-on experience on product definition， design-for-manufacturability， bench characterization and testing. |
