| ? Responsibility: ?Be responsible for co-ordination of test related activities with factory. Acting as an interface between factory and BTC in production area. ?Arrange support engineers to provide production plan maintenance and support， solve problems in time to insure the continuity of production and quality of the products. ?Verify and maintain capability and capacity of test systems to fulfill demand in mass production phase. ?To improve work efficiency， work as production principal of all projects， ?assign manpower resource in reason， guide and supervise work of underling engineers， co-ordinate producing activities of all projects to make them fulfill the requirements of schedule. ? Qualification: ?Bachelor degree of electronics or higher ?Typically 5 years relevant experience. ?Good communication skills；design and manufacture knowledge of mobile phone |
