| Job description: service and marketing development for oem automotive coatings and related activities for the wuhu， guangzhou， or beijing areas to meet the automotive growth， sales and profit objectives. The incumbent must maintain a high level of product and process expertise with respect to oem specifications in electrocoat and topcoat， product end use， application， new growth opportunities， competitive activities， technology， customer service， and safety. He/she is responsible for the managing of technical service functions at specific customer locations. He/she will be responsible to optimize paint process operations to achieve the highest quality specifications， while maintaining the lowest applied cost position. Of critical importance is the training and supervising of subordinates to meet customer requirements. He/she will be responsible for training existing and new ppg sales / tssr personnel. He/she will require strong presentation skills and a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. These skills will be used to ensure that information is shared properly and effectively within the oem automotive organization. This is especially important when providing the tianjin laboratory with specifications needed to meet our customer requirements: a university degree in chemistry， with 1-3 years of coating experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required. 汽车漆技术服务代表 职能介绍: 负责汽车涂料涂装现场技术服务工作，以达到销售及利润目标。 必须具备电泳漆和面漆等相关技术服务经验。 在维持最低成本的同时，完善上漆过程以达到最高品质。最重要的是负责下属的培训及监督工作以满足客户的要求。必须具备出色的表达能力及很强的人际沟通技巧以确保信息在组织中高效的流通。具有一到三年涂料相关工作经验。 |
