Company‘s Profile:
The company a NASDAQ listed company with locations around the world, is an industry leader in engineered transport packaging for high value-added products, such as electrical components, microprocessors, sensors, and precision mechanical components. Company’s products include carrier tape, reels and trays. Listed on NASDAQ, Peak serves world famous corporations like Motorola, Philips, Seagate, ASAT, AMKOR, ASE, SILICONWARE etc.
Due to rapid expansion in high technology products, we are seeking the following key individuals to expand our in-house and tooling capacity in Shenzhen China factory.

Vacancy:Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager(某大型美资制造企业)
Location:Shanghai

Job Description:
1.Direct report to Sales Director.
2.Supervises sales team and work independently.
3.Developing & implementing sales & marketing plan, sales presentation, marketing strategies planning, monitoring progress report.
4.Identify potential areas to expand & capture ongoing business opportunities.
5.Increase loyalty of existing customer through coverage and integrate with effective marketing programs.
6.Work with management team in planning and implementing the promotions, sales plans and sales training program.
7.Monitor the sales performance and develop incentive schemes.
8.Provide solution to front-line staff when a problem arises.
9.Review operation procedures for improving services standard as well as productivity.

Requirement:
1.BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business (preferred).
2.At least 7 - 15 years working experience in direct sales of high-tech goods and/or materials.
3.Minimum 4 years management experience, supervision of sales staff of at least 3 people from sizable multinational organization.
4.Strong aggressive person with proven track record in sales and new customer acquisitions---good at opening doors to new customers, account maintenance and closing deals with customers.
5.Able to deal with all levels of customer and Peak management, able to make sales and technical presentations to customers with ease.
6.Self-initiated, work independently and able to deal with high-pressure situations.
7.Must be bilingual - Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
