| Responsibilities: Work with suppliers to achieve departmental goals for in-stocks， inventory， lead time and on-time performance Run queries， generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly analysis reports on POS， inventory management and order forecasting Communicate with Import Replenishment team and Global Procurement teams on exceptions Track in-stock and inventory performance Research and coordinate the resolution of replenishment opportunities Perform necessary administrative and clerical duties associated with replenishment Train and educate Replenishment suppliers to monitor POS and inventory by using Retail Link and replenishment tools Requirements: Bachelor graduate Prior knowledge of import/export process and merchandising experience is beneficial Knowledge of Wal-Mart item file， Product Order systems and Global Procurement systems is beneficial Excellent organizational and analytical skills. A self-starter with self-motivation and initiative Good command of English/Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel， Word， PowerPoint & Outlook) Overseas fresh graduate in Supply Management or Logistic will be considered |
