| Sourcing Manager (Metallurgist)职位说明及要求 | |
| Location: Shanghai， Ningbo， NanJing， Role: Leads China Sourcing team in the identification， assessment and qualification of new suppliers as well as the sample approval process. Provides technical/metallurgical support to the Sr. Sourcing Engineer and Inspectors. Primary contact for V&M engineering and quality teams related to secondary operations such as plating and heat treating. Reports to Manager， China Procurement Key Responsibilities: Ensures supplier has capability， to produce parts to V&M specifications and requirements Primary lead， for new supplier identification and assessment Supports supplier quality， group to develop inspection/control plans Responsible for sample， development and approval process Leads process improvement activities with， the China supply base Primary resource for analysis of physical and， radiographic tests Lead consultant for casting pattern development and， trouble-shooting Primary point of contact for V，&M engineering groups Qualifications: Strong technical understanding of API， standards Metallurgical degree and mechanical engineering， background/training preferred Steel casting， forging and machining， experience Degree and minimum 5 years of experience |
