| Business Development Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Position Description The Business Development Manager， based in Beijing and reporting to the global head of business development at Company Research Center， Be responsible for developing new businesses for the company. (S)he will work with various research， development and strategy teams in identifying new business opportunities， preparing a portfolio of business proposals and helping to turn these ideas into emerging businesses， ultimately contributing to the renewal of the company. Moreover， (s)he will engage with the portfolio to define business and operations plans， develop go to market strategies， generate awareness and demand within company‘s business groups and externally， identify partner and customer candidates， negotiate necessary business deals， drive the overall build-up of the business， and define an exit strategy for execution once the business is sufficiently mature. (S)he will establish and maintain relationships with relevant business communities in China， as well as internal and external executives and key stakeholders globally. The successful candidate will possess a unique hunger to independently push new initiatives forward， combined with a dual business and technology background. (S)he is a hard worker， dedicated to going the extra mile to “get things done.“ (S)he also possesses strong relationship skills and is able to relate to， communicate with and influence people across all levels and backgrounds - from highly technical research staff to seasoned business group executives in all parts of the world. Requirements: Strategic thinker with unique blend of business and technical understanding， big-picture vision， and exceptional drive to make that vision reality Outstanding written & verbal communication skills， including capability to produce and present world class sales & marketing materials to a range of audiences (English a must， Chinese strongly recommended， other languages beneficial) Strong sales， relationship， negotiation and conflict management skills - Natural networker with established network of industry contacts Experience in building and driving business cases - Strong project and time management skills， including abilities to multi-task and delegate Excellent knowledge of the telecommunications and Internet services industries， knowledge of other industries beneficial High willigness to travel Qualifications: years of relevant experience in the fields of top management consulting， venture capital， business development， product management Degree in business， economics， industrial engineering， industrial management， computer science and/or electrical engineering from top university， with MBA from top business school a plus |
