| I.Position Summary Reporting to the Account Supervisor of Operations Department， This position has primary accountability for documentation， data entry and answering enquiries from vendors/customers. II.Primary Accountabilities Answer enquiries from local vendors Prepare/Issue shipping documents， e.g. booking/cargo receipt/APLL sample BL and invoice Update shipment details on ACS123 and/or IIS Contact carriers/warehouse on bookings and load plan Check shipping documents and arrange for dispatching to overseas customers III.Skills Requirements College graduate or above， prior 1-2 years working experience in shipping or logistics field preferred. Good communication skills， both Mandarin and Cantonese. Good command of written English Good PC workstation skills in Windows/Excel/Word Fast and accurate typing， minimum 30 w. p. m Demonstrated team experience Willing to work overtime in week days and holidays Can work in Yantian |
