| 高级测试经理Senior Test Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibility － Testing management of large financial software product － Innovation driving forward for company‘s testing skill and process － Assuring team members‘ working enthusiasm and stability; － In charge of a 10-15 persons testing team， constructing it to be a testing expert team with high efficiency. Requirement － Bachelor Degree or above， fluent in oral English; － Strong quality minded， be able to discover quality problem creatively during software lifecycle; － Be capable of constituting testing strategy， plan and method independently; － Be familiar with kinds of testing skill (testing scenario design， knowledge of automated testing & performance testing skill and tool(QTP， Robot， LoadRunner) required); － Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and team management experience， three years working experience of testing development and management or above; － With extreme risk prediction， analysis and control capability; － With strong and charismatic leadership. |
