ChinaVest is looking for a GM for its new established trading company Job Description—Looking to Hire Top-Level Management for an Imported Fruit Distributor in China A leading California fruit producer is looking to hire top-level management for its China-based distribution company to sell its imported fruit in China， focusing on the Shanghai， Beijing， and Guangzhou markets. Principal Tasks Develop and implement an optimal strategy to distribute and sell the company’s fruit in China Prepare a detailed budget and business plan for the distribution to meet future sales expectations. Prepare monthly reports regarding the actual sales achievement versus target as agreed with senior management. Oversee the day-to-day operations in Mainland China—from the sales & marketing， advertising & promotions， wholesaling， importing， etc. of the company’s produce Hire additional employees to expand the company’s business in China Requirements The candidate has at least 5 years experience in the fruit industry working as either a distributor， wholesaler， or for a fruit producer and thorough understanding of the fruit industry in China Can work in an international setting Proven ability to successfully manage， lead， or run a business operation Ability to speak some English (preferred， but not required) Conditions of Employment · Full-time， permanent contract · Salary to be negotiated in regards to experience · Potential for individual to earn equity shares in the company Start Date · ASAP |
