| GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Infrastructure， Oil & Gas BUSINESS / DIVISION DESCRIPTION : GEINFOG: Vetco Gray LOCATION / DIVISION 2 : GEINFOG: Vetco Gray LOCATION / DIVISION 3 : GEINFOG: APME FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Manufacturing ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs functions to maintain & lead technicians and fitters in machinery， equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. Trouble shoot and repair and lead technicians/fitters in all production machines and equipment in the facility such as conventional/CNC machines， CMP machines， welding equipment， overhead cranes， air conditioners， power and lighting， etc but not limiting to facilities maintenance work. Carry out and lead technicians/fitters in preventive maintenance on the machines and facilities in accordance to the Preventive Maintenance checklist. Ensure proper tools are used， and properly cleaned and stored after use. Lead and fabricate parts for the repair/replacement/modification of machines and/or equipment. Carry out and lead in machine movement and installation within the facility and other satellite plants. Support satellite plants when the service is required on an urgent basis. Train junior staff or satellite plant‘s maintenance personnel. Record daily the machines or equipment problems and occurrences and ensure that the maintenance system (CMMS) is used and updated correctly upon completion of work/repair. Update the inventory when spares are used both in CMMS and log book (especially consignment spares) Assist in the process of purchasing of spares and sub contract servicing Prepare downtime reports and warranty claims Keep all locations environmentally clean and current on all safety requirements. Monitor and enforce all applicable quality， health， safety and environmental regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical， Electrical， Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering Relevant working experience Strong leadership qualities & ability to drive other * Strong knowledge of machine tools， NC drives， controls， aware of facilities specifications Knowledge of various programmable logics & ability to modify & creating new logics Knowledge of interpreting the mechanical & electrical drawing & troubleshooting Strong analytical skills in machine tool environment GENERAL DESCRIPTION: GE is a diversified technology， media and financial services company， dedicated to creating products that make life better.
