| 工艺工程师职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Responsibilities: Teamwork oriented to continuously improve tool performance and accomplish production goals: - To setup / modify process flows in MES system and update on timely fashion. - To initiate and implement the process recipe/flow for new advanced technology - To Co-work with module process engineers to solve in-line process issues - To follow the company guidelines to accomplish the quality， safety， information security and environment policies - To be hands on problem analysis and problem solving skills - To participate in Fab emergency action plan to guarantee the human and property security Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in related subject: Electronics， Physical ， Mechanical， and Science etc. - 1+ years FAB relevant experience is a plus - Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English - Willingness to work day/ night 12-hour shift - Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills |
