| Your Responsibilities: - Maintain a high-level business relationship with customers， sales representatives and peers. Improve customer relations by monitoring customer acceptance and feedback. Maintain service professionalism and preparedness. - Ensure that complete and accurate documentation is supplied to the Modality Manager and Customer Support team in a timely manner. - Ensure equipment is tested and collaborated for operational effectiveness. - Ensure defective and used parts are returned in a timely manner. - Ensure repairs on all machines are conducted according to Philips quality procedure. Complete installations in a timely manner and perform modifications and upgrades as required. Provide problem appraisals， resolution， and repairs with some technical support and supervisory assistance. - Ensure a good understanding and proper implementation of new service programs. Obtain company product knowledge through classroom or on the job training as required. - Provide efficient call schedules and rescheduling as well as providing timely call follow up to commitments and requests. - Ensure that all company assets within own area of responsibility (i.e. tools， spare parts etc.) are protected and kept in good condition and project a professional image of the company. Your Profile: - Advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering. - Specialist product training. - 2 years medical field service experience. - Mechanical ability. - Communication skills. - Initiative. |
