| Key Account Manager 大客户经理职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Description: Responsible for one or more major accounts producing net revenues of at least $1 million/year through multiple stations worldwide. Provide inside office coordination and outside sales. · Review and monitor weekly and monthly sales reports of sales activities. · Schedule and telephone prospect accounts. · Develop and maintain positive relationships with target and existing accounts. · Monitor to assure that standard operating procedures can be developed from the data provided by sales professionals to operational staff. · Other duties as assigned. Special skills/knowledge: Work requires proven sales success， and ability to manage others toward sales success. Must be able to hold him/herself accountable， as well as hold salespeople accountable for their performance. Work requires positive， competitive， confident personality with strongly developed persuasive skills and a customer-focused orientation. Must have proven negotiation skills. Must demonstrate effective collaboration skills to work well in a cooperative team environment. Must be adaptable to changing needs of client(s) and goals of Company. Must have strong problem solving ability and be able to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues. Work requires effective influence techniques to support salespeople toward sales growth and appropriate work habits. Work requires the ability necessary to analyze moderately complex administrative details. Work requires the written communication skills to compose routine business letters and to edit and proof business correspondence and reports. Work requires the capability to produce error-free documents using the Company- standard software for work processing， spreadsheets， and presentations. As applicable， work may require the ability to generate more elaborate reports， charts and graphs. Work requires a solid working knowledge of the Company‘s products and services. Qualification: Associate‘s Degree and/or 5+ years related experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to read， write and communicate fluently in English. This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and expectations for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform. Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as may be reasonably assigned by his/her supervisor. |
