Goals/Mission: - Develop distributor in Shanghai Area especially for AS, SD and LD Tasks: - Fulfill Team sales budget - Develop new distributors in Shanghai - Guide Partners‘ business in line with Siemens A&D Partners development strategy in China. Clarify to customer about A&D Products, Policies, commercial, logistics or Training and try to find out biggest business opportunities for A&D. - Direction with partner‘s project Following up and healthy sales channel building up, help to find out best solution and make proper offer to the customers. - Establish and maintain adequate contact with customers, build up long term business relationship. - Analyze the activities and behaviors of competitor and report to team leader or section manager. - Follow up the partners‘ contracts ordering procedures. - Give efficient monthly business reports to superior including the sales volume, project status, problems and proposals. - Arrange scheduled Marketing activities: Promotion, Seminar, Workshop and so on. Education: - Bachelor or above - Major in Automation or electrical science - Language: Can converse in English - Job Language:EN Knowledge/Languages: - Be familiar with Automation and Drives Products. - Initiative, communication skills, team skills, customer focus Experience: - Have 2~3 years experience in distribution network. - 1~2 years engineering background - Development and/or partner management experience. - Have working experience in multi-international companies. |
