Goals/Mission: - Providing procurement service to Siemens Limited China (SLC)‘s business groups with respect to 3rd party purchasing for group Business Working Partners / Contacts: - Business Groups in SLC - Job Language:EN Tasks: - Work with business group(BG) to establish and clarify requirements in respect to 3rd party purchasing, define due processes for such procurement activities. - Process Purchase Orders on behalf of BG: including order processing chain of PO issuance and confirmation, delivery coordination, and payment to vendors, handing repair/claim issues with warranty, if occurred. - Provide purchasing status report periodically to BG as required. - Deliver cost savings against BG‘s current prices(if available in detail), negotiation resulats(to be reported as savings according to CSP standars regarding MCP), service improvements and risk mitigation through supplier evaluation and selection, price and contract negotiation and supplier management. - Support BG‘s bid and project teams in respect to 3rd party elements of customer proposals and project delivery. - Management and ensure those procurement activities compliance with Siemens Corporate purching policy and procedures. Education: - Master or Bachelor - Business Admin Knowledge/Languages: - Professional expertise - Technical/product knowledge - Quality knowledge - Knowledge of contract law - IT tools and methods - Languages - Process Knowledge - Negotiation skills - Giving presentations/Chairing meetings - Project management Experience: - Experience in project material purchasing - Basic Level of Project Capabilities: - Intiative - Communication skills - Customer focus - Change orientation - Network built on trust - Self determination - Result and quality orientation - Strategic judgement and risk mangement - Team player |
