Roles& Responsibilities: in charge of daily management of project and tools department. Coach the employees to at do the best they can. Make sure that the team as a whole is among themselves on the same wavelength and in balance with each other. Report to G.M Requirements: Fluent written and oral English Have a technically background in the area for iron and metal, together with relevantly theoretic management education. Have at least 3 years’ management experience from a western company productions environment and management principles. Overview, analytical sense, flexibility and power of penetration are an essentials demand. Working way are structural and systematic, Independence ,self-starter.
