PurchasingEngineerofbags(backup)背包类产品采购主管（储备）职位说明及要求
职位描述 Missions：

· Implementation of the Target Purchasing Policy by sourcing， selecting and managing subcontractors

· Negotiate and control the cost.

· Manage quality assurance

· Develop and industrialize new products.

· Ensure on- time delivery

职位要求Profile：

· Sports enthusiast

· Above 2 years experiences in manufacturing industry (know-how on fabrics and manufacturing process)

· Familiar with quality organization management.

· Good negotiation and communication skills.

· Work autonomy and under pressure， like to face new challenge.

· Bachelor degree or above， fluent in both written and spoken English， French will be a plus.
