Location Beijing or Shanghai Reports To China Home LOB Leader Primary Objectives Support China Home business, especially for IAQ business. - Working among regional sales, engineering & manufacturing teams to manage NPI & localization - Provide day-to-day product support required for maintaining products within the Honeywell business environment Serve as initial point of contact between field sales and their customers and other HW teams, such as manufacturing and supply chain operations to address quality and delivery issues. Job Responsibilities -Day to day product support includes responsibilities such as: -Develop and maintain product data required for Honeywell literature and databases: -Develop and deliver product training material and presentations -Key tactical support for developing and implementing strategic roadmap -Research and analyse competitive product offerings -Research and analyse industry / market share information -Initiate development of new product requirement specifications and communicate with AP marketing team -Gather and analyse product feedback from customers and field sales -Identify market needs and business opportunities through proactive and consistent interface with field sales and channel partners -Support development of business cases for new/enhance products -Serve as initial point of contact for field sales and customer -Meet short - and long - term deadlines -Estimated travel 10-30% Qualifications & Attributes -Major in HVAC is preferable. -3-5 years working experience in HVAC project sales or marketing,familiar with IAQ knowledge is preferable. -Desire and willingness to be held accountable for delivering business results -Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers. -Self starter and self -finisher -Strong computer skills, namely with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. -Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English and Chinese). -Demonstrated interest in pursuing expanded product management responsibilities |
