| Environment， Safety & Health Engineer职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Responsibilities: 1. Establish or revise ESH management Ois for SH site， according to the operation status 2. Hazardous operations management 3. New process equipment hook-up safety management 4. Develop an audit & inspection program. Ensure audit findings identified and closed within business timeframe 5. Coordinate， develop and drive completion of employee EHS required training for all SMIC members 6. Inspect department and contractor safety performance periodically. Support each department and contractor to identify and correct safety risks to prevent accident from happening 7. ESH committees and risk reduction meetings’ coordination 8. Hazardous production materials management 9. Process equipment (Hardware) hazardous assessment 10. Job (software) hazardous analysis and unsafe behaviors correction 11. Communicate with employees about safety issues proactively. Perform safety communication meeting and propaganda. Encourage employees to involve in EHS activity actively. Assess employee safety suggestions and concerns and respond timely 12. Organize or conduct employee and contractor safety training. Make sure all the safety management related documents and records are kept properly 13. MOC (Management of Change) review and management 14. Safety consultation and introducing new safety technologies 15. Operational observation and safety promotion 16. Develop and implement EHS programs consistent with SMIC Framework 17. Conduct ISO14001&OHSAS18001&RoHS internal audit 18. Conduct external audit and communication Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in related subject: industry hygiene， environmental， chemical engineering， and engineering 2. At least 2 years work experience 3. Familiarity with safety related legal and standards 4. Ability to conduct internal audit and external audit 5. Good presentation skill and responsibility sense 6. Good work quality control 7. Good ownership spirit， good servings spirit and good obedience character 8. Good communication， and interpersonal skills 9. Male only |
