Technical and Service Expert， Auto-现场技术服务专家，汽车漆

JOB FUNCTION：

Safety， EHS， Ethics: Perform all PPG safety， quality and ethics disciplines

Technology:

-Understand customers needs and requirements and value sell PPG’s

ElectroClear products to effectively grow PPG business in this segment

-Understand PPG existing technologies and drivers for changes

-Understand customer requirements and anticipate their needs

-Value sell PPG products according to customer requirements

-Communicate customer requirements to regional sales and product managers

-Update PPG new products to sales managers and customers

Product launch:

Ensure a success launch of PPG products

-Provide line audit and process validations

-Provide technical and product information

-Establish launch plans mutually agreed upon with sales manager and customer

-Coordinate trainings for both PPG and customer personnel

-Lead and supervise launch activities

-Assure post launch quality

Routine service and customer support:

-Provide prompt technical expertise to resolve on-site product/process issues

-Communicates corrective actions， preventive measures， and best practice

-Lead trouble shooting activities

-Review lab results and communicate recommendations to customers

-Organize technical trainings for PPG sales and customer personnel

-Issue reports for PPG and customer special events and document

Requires:

-Bachelor degree in Chemistry， Chemical Engineering or related

-Minimum 5 years related work experience

-Influence English skill in both written and oral-Good communication and interpersonal skill
