测试项目技术总监职位说明及要求

Job description:
Responsibilities:
1、Managing all technical issues in a large scale enterprise integration project
2、Helping PM with project planning, including technology preparation and resource planning
3、Communicating with 4 subsystem teams for business process and technical understanding
4、Leading test teams to solve technical problems and help teams understand business process
5、Presenting technical demo and work plan to client
6、Training test teams to catch up related technologies and business process
Requirements:
1、At least 5 years IT industrial experience
2、Good understanding with XML, Java; Good understanding with EAI technology
3、Very good communication skill
4、Very good documentation skill, good hands on skills with Word, PowerPoint, Visio
5、Very good hands on skills with QualityCenter, CVS and VSS
6、Very good understanding with ERP, retail business process
7、Very good English communication skill, can use English in meeting, email and document
8、Very good presentation skills
9、At least bachelor degree in IT related major
