TechnicalSupport(Beijing，Liuzhou，Shanghai，Nanjing，Harbin)职位说明及要求

Basic Purpose: Technical support responsibility for the Chinese market,which includes being responsible for:1) being involved in difficult technical issues,2) supporting the sales team technically to grow share at key customers and gain the business in the new projects,3) supporting distributors in the difficult technical aspects,and 4) running the training program for the sales team,customers and distributors. Principal Accountabilities: -Support the sales team technically to meet or exceed the sales target. -Evaluate key customers‘operations to ensure that the most efficient products are being used and make recommendations accordingly. -Provide tooling solutions/recommendations by using the Valenite/Safety network (Machining Data) -Involve in the technical issues for the big tooling projects. -Support distributors in the technical solutions,test tools and make tooling package. -Communicate relevant external customer needs/potential/data across appropriate cross functional lines. -Manage total quality performance to ensure meeting the needs and expectation of internal and external customers with error free results the first time,on time,every time. -Coordinate and oversee the implementation of existing customer tooling programs. -Train customers and the sales team on tooling applications. -Perform all difficult service functions including:trouble shooting existing tooling problems;performing important tool tests;providing all necessary written documentation;and acting as technical consultant for the customers,the sales team and internal personnel. Dimensions: Have outstanding knowledge and skill to meet the request of the team and customers in the technical aspects.Support the team to achieve the sales target. Knowledge and Experience: -Requires an Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering/science plus a minimum of 5 years related experience.Minimum of 8 years related experience if no formal education beyond high school. -Minimum 5 years manufacturing, engineering or tool & die experience. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes. -Must be very knowledgeable in the standard/special tools and their applications. Understand very well the medium to high production,dedicated or special metal cutting machines. Must know in-process gaging and tool compensating. -Must possess very strong analytical skills and be capable of evaluating problems/opportunities and willing to make decisions. -Strong ability to interpret,analyze,modify blueprints and communicate same to internal and external customers. -Must possess interpersonal skill level that allows for handling people and situations of widely diverse levels and complexities. -Must possess above average analytical,written,oral,presentation and listening skills in both Chinese and English. -Require limited supervision. -Good ability to utilize computer systems -Travels as required.
