项目经理 SH职位说明及要求

Job Responsibilities:

The Construction / Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the Construction Project from award through Pre-Construction， Construction and Post-Construction， as well as perpetuating the relationship with the Client and other parties involved in the Project.

To manage and deliver the project scope within the contractual arrangement and financial parameters.

Manage the logistical sequence and that the appropriate Trade Contractors and Suppliers are procured in a timely fashion.

The Relationship with the Client and other consultants is managed so that the project proceeds in accordance with their requirements.

Financial Control is executed over the entire project.

The entire Project Team is distributed with regular updated reports

Superior quality levels are being achieved on site in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.

Project administration is being implemented to ensure that Document Control.

Overseeing the design team to ensure client requirements are met.

All statutory obligations are being adhered to.

Acquiring adequate professional qualifications related to the Region he / she is assigned.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in interior design， ideally with 4-6 years experience in a similar role.

College/University Graduate preferred.

Good command of English and Chinese.
