| Quality System Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Description 2 The position will monitor quality performance of the manufacturing process (following ISO TS standards and applying Six-Sigma methodologies)， in order to ensure Continuous improvement of the process 2 To cooperate with Manufacturing Manager and Process Engineer， in order to define process quality targets 2 To define Quality Control Plan of the process in cooperation with other functions of the organization 2 To ensure continuous improvement of the process， driving production team to achieve quality targets as defined 2 To identify non-conformity process， both internal and external， and implement corrective actions 2 To ensure compliance of all internal procedures to ISO TS standards， manage documentation and define process methodologies 2 To prepare for and coordinate audit from car manufacturers 2 To provide quality training to all operators and to Process engineers Requirements: 2 University degree in Electronics / Mechanics 2 At least 3 years experience at managerial position 2 Practical knowledge of “Six-Sigma” and continuous improvement methodology 2 Practical knowledge of “ISO TS 16949” and “Vision 2000” Standards 2 Knowledge of APQP applied to Automotive industry 2 Able to write， read， listen and speak English at work 2 Good communicator， motivator and persuader， with great potential to leadership roles 2 Team building and management experience / skills 2 Result-oriented |
