| MRO Purchasing Engineer职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibility : To Take responsibility for procurement of MRO Engineering project in purchasing perspective， including Tianjin， Wuhu and other new project. Sourcing and audit supplier of project and equipment. Select qualified contractor and negotiate for a competitive pricing and sign contracts with superior from PPG party. Work with internal engineering department and external engineering contractor/supplier to control supplier’s performance so as to fully meet PPG standard. Follow up the issued order and contract and close the deal/transaction on time to meet PPG Finance requirement. Act as coordinator for supplier control and project management from purchasing perspective. Control and maintenance approved vendor list. Meet PPG ICSP requirement on all activities of this job. Requirement : 1. Obey all PPG code of ethics and be as a business conduct. 2. Bachelor degree， Chemical Engineering major is preferred. 3.At least 2 years working experiences in Chemical Plant in Purchasing or Engineering background; 4. Be a good team player. 5.Good English communication skill both in oral and written; 6.Be good with detailed work and can work under pressure. 7. Good at time management and project management 8. Strong negotiation skill for support daily working， and aggressive attitude on the business area |
