| Position Geography Location: Beijing Job Description: Channel Business developer Develop channel program to enhance market coverage in Teir2/3 market Develop channel program to increase partners‘ win-rate Develop channel program to encourage partners to sell more to Tier2/3 market Conduct market research to help channel team to understand competition activities and market trend Organize customer event for tier2/3 customers to support channel team‘s business strategy and goal Partner program execution and governance Past Relevant Related Experience and Educational Requirements: Candidate must have the ability to work within a cross-functional team environment. BA degree. Expect the candidate has 5+ years marketing and channel experience and background Must understand the nature of channel business and current banking environment. Must be a self-starter and strong closer with multi-tasking ability. Requires practical experiences using influence management to achieve goals. Requires excellent communication skill. Fluent English written and speaking skill is required Good presentation skill is required |
