| Job Description: 1 、 This Product/Program Management Role is within Engineering Department. 2 、 The role acts as the center coordinator to work with cross functional core teams to develop， validate and commit on the program plan – scope， schedule & resources; we expect this person plays a key role in “ Leading， Driving & Timely Reporting/Escalation ” of the projects‘ progress， status and problems Requirements: 1 、 1-2 years project management experience; 2 、 knowledge and experience in IC industry is an advantage; 3 、 Bachelor ’ s (undergraduate) or Master ’ s (graduate) degree in Electronic Engineering， Computer Science， Telecommunication; 4 、 In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools; 5 、 Excellent communication (written/oral in English & Chinese)， negotiation and influencing skills; 6 、 Leadership skills and proactive approach; 7 、 Mentoring and coaching ability; 8 、 Interpersonal sensitivity; 9 、 Ability to work with a minimum of direct 8 、 supervision or guidance from others; 10 、 No problem to work overtime; |
