| 主要职责: Main Responsibilities 1. 培训 Training 协助制订培训计划,实施培训计划并总结参与者的反馈信息,采取改进措施,如:培训跟踪计划,培训协议,培训记录。授课入职培训或其他指定培训项目 . Assist in training plan and implement the plan independently, summarize feedback from participants to take follow up measures of training,e.g. training vendors selection, Training plan follow up, logistics arrangement and training record, training undertake agreement etc. Deliver orientation and other assigned programs. 2. 员工沟通和团队活动 Communication & Teambuilding: 跟踪沟通计划的实施 , 组织团队活动项目 , 如年会 春游 团队活动日等。跟踪实施总公司社群活动 内部通讯等。 Follow up annual communication plan and organize teambuilding activities: annual party, outing, teambuilding day…Follow up Corporate citizenship program and newsletter contact 3. 劳动保护和职业健康 Professional safety protection & vocational hygiene 根据政府要求 , 实施并改进劳动安全和保护 , 并组织职业健康体检等 . In compliance with governmental requirements, carry out and improve safety protection practice, organize vocational health check 4. 员工自助系统 HR Server maintenance 人事软件数据输入 , 版面更新及系统维护。 HR plus software data entry, info update and system maintenance 5. 文件归档 Filing 根据文件保存政策保管相应的文件 Maintain the related file according to the Record Retention Policy 6. Others: 其他 其他人事方面的工作 HR administration tasks as requested 岗位要求 : Requirements 1.大学以上学历,人力资源管理或工商管理专业尤佳。 College or equivalent, preferably in HRM or Business Administration 2.2~3 年以上外企人力资源管理工作经验。 2~3 years experience in HR daily operation or employee development in multinational company 3.熟悉法律法规 , 。 Be familiar with labor related laws and regulations of PRC; 4.良好的沟通和人际关系能力 Good communication and interpersonal skills 5.公平 公正 负责的工作态度 Be fair ans square, responsible in work 6.良好的英语口语及书写能力。 Proficiency in both spoken and written English; 7.电脑操作熟练,良好的人际沟通技巧,对数字敏感。 Familiar with PC operation, good interpersonal and communication skill, good PC knowledge & numeric sense. |
