| 紧急应变中心轮班助理工程师职位说明及要求 | |
Job Purpose To monitor the plant‘s safeties and perform emergency response when emergency situation arise. To perform daily audit of plant and maintain all ERC safety equipment to keep in readiness state. Principal Accountabilities 1.To monitor all safety systems, such as gas monitoring system, fire alarm system, VESDA system, CCTV, public announcement. seismic detection system and walk-talkie system. 2.To record incident and follow up inter-departments‘ investigations. 3.Emergency response equipment maintenance and Fab safety audits To take care of SCBA systems, compressor and refill after usage. To take care of PPE and to procure its contents after usage. To set up emergency flow charts, such as power black out, fire, earthquake, fire alarm and gas alarm. 4.To perform site audits, such as contractors working environments and demeanors, and Fab areas ESH. 5 To understand the emergency response teams response procedures and to participate in the emergency response training. 6.To assist and supervise emergency response training of engineering departments, quarterly and annually. 7.To perform new comers fire fighting trainings. 8.To perform gas detection system isolations. 9.Accident recovery. Professional skills Industry safety or environmental protection. Fire system operation license is a plus. General skill Computer skills/software. |
