Vacancy：Cost Analyst/Controller（某知名欧美企业） Location：Shanghai Job Description： 1.Define and review the allocation rules(budget) 定义和审核分摊原则（预算）； 2.Calculate the hourly rate and the contribution(budget) 计算工时成本和内部贡献（预算）； 3.Reply the requested questions by Group Operational Controller 向集团运营部门财务总监汇报； 4.Control the coherence of information(production load, hours, number of personnel, inventory) 控制生产量，工时，人数及库存间的关系； 5.Prepare, control, comment and transmit the indicator report 准备，控制，分析运行绩效报告； 6.Analysis of variance and overheads 分析成本偏差； 7.Analysis and explain the difference with budget(expenses, hours, number of persons) 分析并解释实际与预算的差别（费用、工时、人数）； 8.Supervisor the labor collecting system 监控工时系统的执行； 9.Follow the evolution of the cost of sales by each product 跟踪产品成本的变化； Requirement： 1.Bachelor Degree in finance/accounting. 2.More than 5 years related working experience. 3.At least 2 year management experience. 4.Familiar with ERP system.
