Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall HRM work.
Be a member of the plant leadership team.
Assist the GM on organizational development.
Conduct HR planning and execute the plan; Plan and conduct hiring for the expansion of the company.
Supervise and develop HR team on HR responsibilities.
Be responsible for plant administration.(Cleaner， Driver， Security Guard and Canteen)
Be responsible for plant EHS.
Lead lean manufacturing project
Setup the plant HR Team and Policy
Go through the process of MNC company conformity (JD/Control Headcount /Recruiting Plan/ Salary Structure/ Training System/ Appraisal System )
Requirements:
University degree or above
5+ year of plant human resource management experience
Good English
