Goals/Mission: - According to the related state regulation and laws, to set up and maintain company rules and regulations, and to ensure the safety of company property and people through strictly implementation. Tasks: - Rules and Regulations - According to the state laws and regulations to set up and maintain company rules and regulations, to supervise the excution, to make sure related internal working process are in line with the state policies and meet business demand. - Safety Training - According to the state laws and regulations, to do the safety training to all employees through classroom training, testing, case study, and rehearsal. To do the specific training and test to the employees who have special tasks, and make sure all employees have corresponding qualification, necessary skills and knowledge. - Safety Inspectation - Base on the company policies and business status, to do the regular checking in cabinet and repair workshop, engineering site, warehouse. To report the checking result, and follow up the correction, to ensure the employees have safety working environment. - Accident Handling - According to the state laws and regulations, and company policies to do the accident or/and potential accident‘s investigation, analysis, and submit solution to management, to avoid similar accident in the future. Special Equipment - According to the state laws and regulations, to do the registration for special equipment and operators. To do the regular testing for the equipment, and qualification testing for the operators, to ensure the equipment are in good working condition and the operators have necessary qualification. - Production Protecting Equipment (PPE) According to the state laws and regulations, and business demand, to select necessary PPE, approve the using application and supervise the delivering, to ensure the employees have safety working environment. - Environment Protection According to the state laws and regulations, and business status, to dispose the waste material, and avoid any pollution to the environment. Knowledge/Languages: - the regulation and law related to safety; - English Experience: - At least 5 years as EHS specialist - At least 1 year working experience in foreign enterprises/organization Capabilities: - Initiative; learning; communication; coaching; analysis - Job Language:EN |
