Tasks: - Solve 95% of ITSD problems stored within the ticket system (problem management) that could not be resolved by the 1st Level - 能够处理95%的,一线技术人员不能解决的IT服务问题 - Provide root cause analysis and problem resolutions within the Ticket System in a wording that could be reproduced by the 1st level - 分析问题并提供方案 - Assistance of 1st-Level agents to resolve issues while online with an End User - 同一线技术人员合作在线为用户解决问题 Education: - Bachelor Degree or Above - 大学本科或以上 - Job Language:EN Knowledge/Languages: - Korean speaker of the required language plus English speak/write - 韩语流利,英语读写能力 - Expert level knowledge of IT, MS Office, Connectivity, Remote Access and/or other technical subjects. - 对IT,微软office,远程控制以及其他相关技术有深厚的了解 - MCSE skill - MCSE认证 - Ability to train 1st Level Agents - 能够为一线技术人员提供培训 - Providing problem solutions for 1st level via knowledgebase - 为一线技术人员提供问题解决方案 |
