Reports To:AP Homes Marketing Leader Primary Objectives: - Develop China IAQ business strategy and manage IAQ product portfolio.-Work with sales force, engineering & manufacturing teams for NPI, sourcing & localization project.-Provide day-to-day product / technical support requested by customers, employee in the Honeywell business environment.-Serve as contact window between sales force, customers and other back-office teams, such as engineering, manufacturing, 3rd party supplier, customer care operations to address price, quality and delivery issues.-Support general marketing jobs for business, such as list pricing, item coding, promotion & communication, market survey...etc... Job Responsibilities: Develop IAQ business strategy and product roadmap-Identify market needs and business opportunities through proactive and consistent interface with field sales and channel partners-Propose the strategy and tactic with product roadmap for IAQ business growth Manage IAQ product portfolio-Manage existing product line in terms of pricing, specification and engineering change-Develop new product through NPI program and sourcing from 3rd parties through liaison officer between front & back offices-Prepare literature required for Honeywell product data and databases:-Deliver product training material & presentations and Host product training for customers & employee Responsible for product / technical support to customers & employee-Daily response to customer & employee on request for product & technical knowledge- Work for quality issues with back offices-engineering & manufacturing,-Gather and analyse product feedback from customers and field sales General Marketing Jobs-Annual pricing update- Item master management and new product codin-Marketing Communication and Promotion-Estimated travel 10-30% Qualifications & Attributes: Major in HVAC is preferable. 3-7 years working experience in IAQ and ventilation industry, especially marketing or product management experience is preferred. Good IAQ business and product knowledge is preferable. Desire and willingness to be accountable for delivering business results Innovative thinking. Positive mental attitude Strong computer skills, namely with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Chinese. |
