DealerComplianceSpecialist职位说明及要求

JOB SUMMARY:Conduct Due Diligence Check and Compliance Training for third party under the general supervision of compliance manager.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Conduct Due Diligence Check on dealer, and complete authorization or any other legal process by following compliance policies;
·Analyze dealer channel and identify potential compliance risk areas;
·Work with agencies to double check registered information, credit record, financial status and negative information of dealer candidates from government agencies and related business partners;
·Prepare dealer recommendation report and communicate concerns & potential risks found with Sales team.
·Monitor the execution of following-up actions and update them with compliance manager and management team;
·Conduct compliance training;
·Work with business team to evaluate performance and compliance of contract dealers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE:
1.Knowledge of and ability to apply problem-solving and decision-making skills.
2.Knowledge of procedures and operations of the corporate business units.
3.Knowledge of related laws and regulations.
4.Ability to locate and analyze facts to determine relevance.
5.Interacts, communicates and works effectively with business and other team members.
6.Ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent interpersonal skills and personal accountability are required.
7.Effective command of the English language.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: This position requires (a) 4-year Chinese law degree and/or LLM (Letter of Legal Mastery) completed, (b.) 2 years of legal experience.
