金相分析及品质工程师（派往海外培训）职位说明及要求

Job Requirement:
-Posses Degree in Metallurgy.
-2 to 3 years working experience in Heat Treatment process.
-Strong analytical skills
-Experience in Vacuum Furnace heat treatment is an added advantage.
-Good communication skill in Chinese and English.
-Familiar with Quality system.

Job Description:
-Responsible on product quality analysis – Metallurgy inspection.
-Ensure Quality system in place.
-Technical support to troubleshoot heat treatment process.
-Develop Standard Operation Procedure.
-Liaise with supplier and Customer on material and product quality issue.

Special note:
-Factory is located at Kunshan, Jiangsu, China.
-Travel to Sweden for training for about 2 to 3 months.
-Min 3 years contract. Prefer long term employment.
