| Training Officer/Specialist职位说明及要求 | |
| Training Officer/Specialist Responsibilities: 1. The design， implementation & analysis of results of the training needs analysis; 2.Developing and monitoring the plant‘s training plan based on identified training needs; 3. The design， development & conduct of training modules; 4. Developing & administering evaluation mechanisms to assess effectiveness of training programs conducted; 5. Implementing the company‘s training and development policies; 6. Assisting in managing special projects in the L&D department; 7. Conducting entry level training progarms. Requirements: 1. A degree in a management related course such as industrial psychology， business management of education; 2. At least two(2) years working experience focus on training and staff development; 3. Good oral and written communication skill in both English and Chinese; 4. Team player， flexible， energetic， customer oriented and proactive. |
