| 临床研究监督员(ClinicalSiteMonitor)职位说明及要求 | |
Major Responsibilities: 1.Evaluate potential Investigators operationally to determine the eligibility for study participation,perform efficient pre-study initiation process 2.Contribute significantly to Investigator/site training to study protocol and procedures, CRF completion, ICH regulations, BMS SOPs 3.Manage study site activities through frequent on-site visits and telephone contacts to assure compliance with protocols, SOPs, government regulations 4.Oversee multiple protocols at a variety of research sites 5.Prepare and submit written reports summarizing site performance, issues, assessments Qualification Requirement: 1.Education: Bachelor degree or above preferably majoring in Medicine 2.Working Experience: 4-6 years of clinically related experience, of which at least 2-3 year must be clinical research monitoring Job-related Skills: -Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects -Detail-oriented -Good interpersonal skills -Excellent time management skills -Be able to flexible with changing priorities -Excellent written and communication skills -Strong understanding of ICH Guidelines and requirements to conduct successful study at site level -Strong computer skills -Good command of English both in speaking and writing Competence Requirements: -Integrity and self-discipline -Strong teamwork spirit -Fast learner 有意应聘者请在10天内将个人简历、学历、身份证复印件、联系电话及期望薪水和最快上岗日期mail至以上邮箱。并请注明应聘者的职位和应聘工作地点。 |
